WALL HANGINGS
JULIA REBAUDO COLLECTION
2025

A pair of smaller wall hangings, these are woven from the blade-sheared fleece of two pedigree Shetland sheep.

Nine year old Susie (dark brown fleece) and yearling Eva (grey) graze by the coast near Gairloch. Their fleeces also contain shades corresponding to each other: in the predominantly dark brown areas of the hangings, you can see lighter grey weft rows; in the light grey areas, you can see darker weft rows.

Handwoven in Inverness-shire, Scotland by Julia Rebaudo.
